WELCOME TO SHARP PARK GOLF CLUB

Sharp Park Golf Course is an historic seaside links, designed by the preeminent architect Alister MacKenzie, who also designed Augusta National (home of the Masters Tournament), Cypress Point, and many of the world’s most esteemed courses.  Sharp Park is one of MacKenzie’s rare public links. Opened in 1932, with a still-standing Spanish hacienda clubhouse designed by Willis Polk’s office, the course is located 10 miles south of San Francisco in Pacifica, at the intersection of Sharp Park Road and the Coast Highway. Often called “The Poor Man’s Pebble Beach,” the par 72 course is 6,300 yards long and offers fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding headlands and mountains. In 2014, Golfweek Magazine named Sharp Park (along with Harding Park) as among America’s 50 Greatest Municipal Courses. This is a walkable seaside and inland course, with several holes that wrap around Laguna Salada, a natural lake.

Our club is great for Seniors, Women and the competitive golfer as well.

NCGA Qualifiers
We have 11 scheduled home tournaments each year starting in February. We hold 4 NCGA Qualifiers in which our local qualifiers get to represent our club at a sectional NCGA event held at various course during the summer. We as a club feel it is important that our club be represented in these sectional events, so should you qualify in one of our events at Sharp Park, your entry fee will be paid into the NCGA Qualifier by the club.  Many of our members have gone on to play very well in these events.
